Looking forward to that journalism in crime blog ;-) (Liza Marklund can be included.) I liked Anger Mode & the next one is cheap to preorder on Amazon. I am glad you liked CLCL, I think it excellent. I wonder if this year's gold dagger will be as good? I haven't read any of your other selections this month apart from The Triple Echo and The Prime of..., both of which I loved when I read them many, many years ago.

I am sure I will read Tegenfalk's Project Nirvana, Maxine. Some of the plotting was a bit far-fetched but I liked his style - another writer who confounds the gloomy Scandinavians stereotype. From your review and others CLCL was always going to be the book that broke my buying ban and I wasn't disappointed.
