Nice idea to use del.icio.us. But why not just use a common tag e.g. euroblog2008. This allows to find all at http://del.icio.us/tag/euroblog2008 and there is no need to share a password. An alternative would be to use a wiki like I have done at http://wiki.civilmedia.eu to share information collaboratively.
